Lauren has over 20 years of experience supporting organizations, teams, and individuals in their quest for growth and as they navigate change.
She has worked with clients in Namibia and South Africa across banking and financial services, tourism and hospitality, advertising, healthcare, conservation, and youth education and development.
Lauren works independently through Latitude Coaching and Development and in collaboration with local and international teams.
