Lauren Voges is an internationally accredited Coach and Founder of Latitude Integral Coaching and Development.  Based in Windhoek, Namibia, Latitude offers integral coaching to individuals, training and facilitation to teams and groups across Southern Africa.

With a range of experience in personal, professional and organisational development, Lauren has worked on the design and facilitation of large scale change and values-driven transformation in organisations, designing and implementing talent management programmes.

She is an accredited Associate Coach with the International Coach Federation. She also holds a Level 1 Certification in Leadership Embodiment (USA) and is an Accredited Integrative Enneagram practitioner (SA).
